INVESTIGATING INSECTS and UNDER THE SEA

Under the Sea: Demystifying the Deep Calling all future marine biologists, or anyone who would like to learn what goes on in the 3/4 of our planet that is the sea. We will learn about underwater environments, study rain forests, coral reefs, lakes, and the open ocean. There will be fun activities, dissections, games, and field trips. Taught by Ms. Woerner.

Investigating Insects and Spiders Insects are the most abundant creatures on Earth and they live in most possible habitats. We will study beetles, butterflies, spiders, and many other insects collecting them using techniques of field biologists. We will hunt the bugs in the fields, streams, soil and even in the school! We will learn insects' traits and behaviors in the natural habitat and in the classroom where we will keep specimens to observe. Taught by Ms. Powell.
