 MASTERING MATHCOUNTS WITH FRIENDS Description: This new program is being offered at Friends School and is for Ingenuity students and Friends students entering the 7th and 8th grades.
Mastering MathCounts With Friends is a two-week program that is designed to give students an opportunity to improve their mathematics problem solving skills and to compete with students during the summer, fall, and spring prior to and in preparation for the citywide MathCounts Competition. Next summer we will provide another two week session and in 8th grade another local meet. As with any competition whether in sports or academics, performance improves through practice. Ingenuity students are super and with more practice can be number one in the state!
