BALTIMORE – The Morgan State University Science-Mathematics-Engineering Fair was held on Saturday, March 16. 2024. Ingenuity’s middle and high school scholars were well represented among the winners! Collectively, Ingenuity won 21 Awards, received 11 Honorable Mentions and earned 9 Achievement Distinctions. Our Middle School results were as follows: Roland Park 4, Mount Royal 2, and Hamilton 2. James McHenry, and Mount Royal scholars also received 4 Honorable Mentions
The overall winner was Lavender Hall, a senior participant in the Ingenuity Project Research program. Lavender studied: “Fin-tastic Fish
Efficacy of Nonsteriodal Aromatase Inhibitors on the Sex Differentiation and Gonadal Development of Female Zebrafish.” As the overall winner, Ms. Hall will travel to Los Angeles, CA to present her findings at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair on May 17, 2024.
