The Ingenuity Project and AP Capstone Programs at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute “Poly” hosted an inaugural STEM Student Leadership Conference for 350 students in grades 9 through 11 on May 23, 2024 at Morgan State University. The 350 participating students are in pathways leading to the completion of independent research projects while in high school. The Conference was designed to inspire students to pursue STEM careers in the future and help students explore three core areas for STEM Leadership: Collaboration, Innovation, and Curiosity.
