Jenny Lindvall is a PMP-certified Project Manager in the Business Process Excellence Program Management Office (PMO) at BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS). She is responsible for managing a portfolio of transformational and continuous improvement projects strongly aligned with IDS business priorities. Working closely with the Business Process Data Science & Digital Technology team, Jenny facilitates the delivery of business solutions by designing project governance structures, deploying effective communication cadences and actively collaborating with project teams to deliver measurable business impact.
In her previous role as a System Support Specialist II within Global Technical Services (GTS), BD IDS, Jenny spearheaded multiple successful projects that improved the customer experience for global internal field service teams and external customers. She has a track record of being a change-maker, whether by founding and co-leading the BD IDS Network for Employee led Cross-Company Transformation Associate Resource Group (NEXT ARG) or by being recognized as a US Top Achiever for her contributions to bringing the BD Veritor™ At-Home COVID-19 Test to market.
Jenny received her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master of Science in Applied Biotechnology from Uppsala University in Sweden.
