Jaime Arribas Starkey-El is a Project Manager and Senior Data Scientist at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He works with academia, industry, and government on cyber-physical systems and big data architectures for national security and health applications. He also led efforts that provided internships to over 200 undergraduate and graduate STEM students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs).
Jaime earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Engineering Physics from Morgan State University. He is also a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and an Ingenuity alumnus.
