Kera has 10 years of teaching experience, seven of which have been with Ingenuity math classes. She has taught geometry, Algebra II, and Trig/Pre-calculus to high school students and entry-level math courses to college students. Currently, Kera teaches at Mount Royal Elementary/Middle. She is very passionate about helping students develop a deeper understanding and love for math. She challenges her students, helping them feel comfortable with taking risks in class.
Kera coached basketball for four years and still loves to play. She loves to dance as well and was the co-advisor for the Mount Royal Dance team.
