Megan Warren, Esq., is a Vice President, at TD Bank. She has responsibility for the strategic oversight and ongoing operations of the firm’s ethics, anti-money laundering and fraud prevention programs globally. Prior to joining TD Bank, Megan had served at T. Rowe Price since 2017. Additionally, Megan was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she was responsible for the firm’s global anti-money laundering and sanctions risk assessments. Megan has 20 years of experience in financial crimes prevention for large global financial services firms, and she was a litigation partner at DLA Piper. She earned a B.A. in history from Yale College and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Prior to serving on the Ingenuity board of directors, she served on the board of directors of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore. She lives in Baltimore with her two small dogs. She has two children in college, Ellen and Walter.
