Tedla joined the Ingenuity Project as a Math Teacher at Hamilton Elementary/Middle School in 2024. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and computer science, as well as a master’s degree in computational science. Previously, he served as a senior lecturer in computer science, a database developer and middle school math teacher. He enjoys the practical application of mathematics in real-life scenarios. He derives immense satisfaction from guiding ambitious students who demonstrate a passion for learning and a drive to conquer new challenges each day. Witnessing their growth and achievement fills him with joy. His teaching style is student-centered, where he strives to motivate them to discover solutions and insights on their own in every lesson.
