Torin is Director of the Baltimore Operations Program Management team of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. His organization has the leadership attached to programs who are responsible for the manufacturing execution of those programs. Torin has over 30 years of industry experience. Torin also has led the various organizations that make up the large manufacturing workforce at this site. Prior to his roles in manufacturing Torin was in design engineering as a project and program engineering lead. Torin has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
