2024 Summer Academies

The Ingenuity Project Rising 7th & 8th Grade STEM Academy
This summer enrichment experience is open to all rising 7th & 8th-grade students continuing with the Ingenuity Project for SY 24-25. We hope your student will join us and engage their mind in STEM learning in a fun collaborative environment.

Who: current 6th and 7th-grade students (rising 7th and 8th) continuing with The Ingenuity Project for SY 24-25
What: Ingenuity Project Summer Academies
     ☆ STEM focus areas, games, time and tutors for the Ingenuity Project summer math  assignment
     ☆ Free
     ☆ In person
     ☆ Lunch and breakfast provided
     ☆ Free chartered bus transportation is available from Roland Park EMS, James McHenry EMS, and Hamilton EMS to the Summer Academies. The pick-up time is 8 am. The dropoff time is approximately 2:45 pm.
When: Students may register for only one or both sessions.

  1. Session 1: July 8-11, 2024, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-2:30 pm
  2. Session 2: July 15-18, 2024, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-2:30 pm

Where: Mount Royal Elementary/Middle School
How to Register: Registration is available through the Parent Portal. Registration involves submitting a PIN as the program is limited to Ingenuity Project students. Families of current students should check their email for this PIN or reach out to Kathy Bacon, MS Director at kbacon@ingenuityproject.org The deadline to register is 6/21/24.

More information on what to bring, focus area selection, bus transportation sign-up, and other logistics will be sent out to registrants via email during the last week of June.
