Read this article about the event.
The Trailblazers’ Tea brings professional women in STEM careers together with high school students for an afternoon of education, inspiration, and connection. Some of Baltimore’s top female leaders in the STEM community engage in a panel discussion and enjoy lunch together in the beautiful facilities on the water at Brown Advisory.
Ingenuity recognizes the issue that women are vastly underrepresented in the STEM workforce, which is impacting growth and expansion of STEM employment in the United States. If you are a professional woman working in a STEM field, consider becoming a participant of the Trailblazers’ Tea. You will get the chance to enjoy a fabulous lunch and tea service at the beautiful Brown Advisory building in Baltimore, interact with some of Baltimore City’s most talented youth, and help to create an environment that gets students excited to explore and pursue future careers in STEM fields.
